🔄 Return Process

Notify us via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the item.

Bring the item to our store or request a pickup (subject to approval and fee).

Upon inspection, we will issue:

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged upon arrival, notify us within 48 hours with photos.

Defective items under manufacturer warranty will follow the supplier’s service process.
